Its own BTR token allows users to save on commissions and participate in voting on issues related to the platform. Bitrue has been operating since 2018 and is currently one of the top ten cryptocurrency exchanges with the highest daily trading volume.

Bitrue Exchange is a global cryptocurrency platform operating since 2018. Founded in Singapore by Bitrue Limited, the exchange is now among the top ten platforms by daily trading volume. It offers Spot and Futures trading, passive income products (Bitrue Earn, Power Piggy, BTR Lockup), and P2P transactions.

The native token BTR provides fee discounts and voting rights on listings and new products.

Bitrue Registration and Login

1. Go to the official Bitrue website -  and click Sign Up.
2. Enter your email and create a password (8–20 characters, including letters, numbers, and symbols).
3. Verify your email with a code.
4. Referral code is automatically applied if you used an invite link.
5. Agree to the Terms of Service.

To register on Bitrue, enter your email address on the main page and click Sign Up.

We recommend using Google Chrome to avoid glitches. For example, when using other browsers, the deposit page reloads endlessly, and the verification page does not load at all.

Click Send to receive a code to confirm your email. Enter it in this field.

Create a password. It must contain upper and lower case letters, numbers, and special characters. The length must be between 8 and 20 characters.

The Invite code is entered automatically if you followed a referral link, but you can also enter it manually if you have one. Finally, confirm that you have read the privacy policy and terms of service.

New members can immediately join investment programs and receive additional bonuses. You don’t have to do this right now; you can go to any other section to get started.

Verification (KYC)

Open the user menu in the upper right corner and select Account. Then go to the Security section in the left menu. Here you can configure security settings, which is recommended to do immediately after registration.

If the whitelist is activated, funds can only be withdrawn to the addresses specified in it.

Deposits and Withdrawals on Bitrue

To deposit cryptocurrency on Bitrue, go to the My Assets section, select My Assets in the Spot column on the right. Click the Deposit button for the currency you are interested in. All coins are scattered, so it is easiest to use the search field.

To get the address, first select the network (for coins that work on multiple networks).

The crypto wallet address and corresponding QR code will be displayed. Transfer the desired amount of cryptocurrency. Wait until the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain.

In addition, verified users can buy crypto assets with a card (Buy/Sell section in the top menu).

Select a service provider based on the terms they offer. Please note that some are focused only on buying, while others also sell.

When making a payment, follow the instructions of the payment system. You may need to register or verify your account.

Withdrawal:

Before withdrawing cryptocurrency from Bitrue, make sure that:

You have linked your email address.

You have set a withdrawal password.

You have activated 2FA.

Then go to the My Assets section, select My Assets in the Spot column on the right. Click the Withdraw button for the desired coin.

Select the network. Enter the external address to which you are withdrawing cryptocurrency. Enter the amount, taking into account the minimum limits (for example, you cannot withdraw less than 0.01 BTC). Enter your PIN code and send the funds for withdrawal.

Trading on Bitrue

On the Bitrue exchange, you can trade cryptocurrencies, perpetual derivatives contracts, and leveraged ETFs/tokens. Cross and isolated margin trading are available. The maximum leverage is 125x, depending on the specific trading pair.

Futures

On the futures market, you can make long or short trades. A long purchase is made when you believe that the value of an asset will increase over time and you will profit from this increase (if leverage is used, the profit can be multiplied). Conversely, if the asset falls in price, you will lose money, again taking into account leverage.

With a short purchase, it’s the opposite. It is made if you think that the value of the asset will fall over time. You will make a profit when the price falls and lose money when it rises.

ETF Tokens

• Leveraged tokens for short-term trading

In 2021, Bitrue also launched leveraged token trading. These are a special type of asset based on existing coins, but they increase the trader’s profit by a certain amount. At the same time, their value decreases when the underlying asset is volatile. Thus, they are suitable for short-term investments but depreciate to almost zero if held for a long time. 

Bitrue Earn and Passive Income

1. Power Piggy — flexible and fixed deposits. There are a large number of flexible and fixed deposit plans available here. Flexible deposits have a lower interest rate, but assets can be withdrawn at any time. Fixed deposits are locked for a certain period and cannot be redeemed early, but they generate higher returns. There are daily limits on the total amount of deposits made.
2. Yield Farming — staking from 7 days. No verification is required. Select the desired asset and click Stake Now. Enter the amount you want to stake. The funds will be locked for the specified period of time – 7 days. The base interest rate indicated on the page is regularly recalculated depending on the market situation. Coins can be redeemed early to return the money spent to your account, but all earned assets will be confiscated. Please note that some yield farming pools on Bitrue may use third parties to generate profits, work with third-party teams or services. There are also market risks — there is no guarantee that the rate will not fall during the investment period.
3. BTR Lockup — exclusive deposits for BTR holders. The ability to invest in XRP, LINK, BTC, ZIL, LUNA, ETH, USDT, ADA, and VET cryptocurrencies is exclusive to holders of the native BRT token. The lockup period is fixed at 30 days. The interest rate varies. To participate in the program, you must have a minimum of 4,000 BTR in your account.
4. Bitrue Loans — crypto-backed lending. The Bitrue exchange provides a cryptocurrency lending service called Bitrue Loans. You can pledge your coins as collateral to get a loan in USDT, BTC, XRP, ETH, etc. This allows you to obtain working capital without selling your coins or losing your rights to them. The service is only available to verified users with a payment code set in their settings. There is no limit on the loan term. The following currencies can be pledged: USDT, TUSD, PAX, USDC, DOT, LTC, BNB, UNI, SOL, GALA, QNT, BCH, LINK, XLM, SHIB, DOGE, BTC, XRP, ETH, VET, ADA. The base interest rate is floating. The loan can be repaid at any convenient time, but unpaid interest must be paid before the principal is repaid.

Bitrue Coin (BTR) is an ERC-20 token of the Bitrue platform used for a variety of purposes, such as trading fee discounts, access to certain types of cash deposits, capital management programs, and more.

BTR will be most important for Bitrue’s exchange functions, supporting key features such as perpetual contracts and margin trading.

Conclusion

Bitrue is a decent cryptocurrency exchange with its strengths and weaknesses. Unfortunately, it lacks sufficient regulatory clarity. The company is registered in Singapore but does not disclose any details. The exchange has a number of positive aspects, such as earning interest on cryptocurrency or crypto loans, but nothing fundamentally new.

Technical support is quite responsive and responds within 24 hours. There is a large selection of trading pairs, some of which (specifically pairs, not currencies) are quite rare. If we talk about who this exchange is more suitable for, it is more likely to be professionals or mid-level traders. Beginners are better off choosing a platform with a less complex interface.
